545 Fordyce St., Ashland, OR 97520
Coming in from Siskiyou Blvd, turn onto N. Mountain Ave, take a right at the lights onto E. Main Street. Pass Garfield Park and once you go over the tracks, take an immediate left onto Fordyce St.

545 Fordyce is down about 2/10's of a mile on the left but you will be entering from the back of the house.

Please do not walk thru the yard to get to my apartment.

Drive past 545 and take a left onto Old Willow and then an immediate left into the alley at the "Dead End" sign. 545 is the next to the last house on the left (tan w/white trim - 2 car garage) at the end of the alley. You will see a silver RAV4 with AbSOULute Health signs - please park right next to it. There is only one door on the back of the house…it’s mine. If you are attending an event, the one parking space is reserved for handicapped parking, all others please park on Old Willow and walk into the alley.

From Medford, take exit 19 towards Ashland. Follow N. Main St / OR-99 in through town. Pass Ashland Drug store and be in the far left lane, stay in this lane and it will automatically turn you on to E. Main St. Follow E. Main thru lights (junction of N. Mountain) and then follow the directions above.
